Nick Dickison

Nick DickisonNick started volunteering for the San Francisco office in 2005.

He helps scan prisoners' letters and artwork, assemble desks and bookshelves and keep our resources library organized.

A chef, Nick also shares his culinary skills with the prison project.

He created the menu for our Buddhist Bookstore Cafe - a joint venture shared with San Francisco FPMT center Tse Chen Ling. He's also designed menus and overseen the kitchen for Tse Chen Ling fundraisers the prison project supported.

"I get an indescribable good feeling working for LPP," Nick says. "Benefiting these prisoners - in any small way that I can - who are reaching out for help in changing their minds."
